Aims and objectives of the project:
- To identify and characterize pathogenic bacteria associated in the black tiger shrimp based on 16S rRNA sequencing
- To confirm or establish this method for molecular identification by the phylogenetic analysis using 16S rRNA sequence; and
- To know quantitative enumeration of bacterial density and antibiotic susceptibility of the isolated bacteria are performed
